Remove the cooling-off hold time

New orders sit in a short cooling-off window by default, giving you a chance to catch mistakes. If you'd rather orders move straight to production, you can shorten or disable it.
- Open Settings → Fulfillment: Find the Cooling-off window section.
- Set the delay: Choose a shorter delay or set it to zero to disable the hold entirely.
- Save: New orders use the updated window immediately.
Trade-off: With no cooling-off window, orders enter production almost immediately — there's less time to fix an address or artwork mistake.
