How to place an order
Ordering & Fulfillment 1 min read
There are three ways to get orders to TN Fulfillment: place them manually in the dashboard, let them sync automatically from a connected store, or import them in bulk by CSV. This guide covers the manual flow.
Create the order
- Open Orders → New order: From your dashboard sidebar, go to Orders and click the New order button in the top-right.
- Pick the product & variant: Choose the catalog product, then set the variant — size, color and print method. The base cost updates live.
- Attach artwork & mockup: Upload your print file for each print area and a mockup image. We use the mockup to QC the final print.
- Enter the recipient: Add the customer's full name, address, and contact. Double-check the country — it sets the production hub and shipping options.
- Choose a shipping method: Pick from the available methods for that destination. Delivery estimates show next to each option.
- Review & submit: Confirm the cost summary, then submit. The order enters a short cooling-off window before production.
Save time: If you sell on Shopify, Etsy or WooCommerce, connect the store once and orders flow in automatically — no manual entry needed.
What happens next
Submitted orders move through a cooling-off window, then production, quality control, and shipping. You can track status at any time from the Orders table, and a tracking number is pushed back to your store when the parcel ships.
