Change a shipping address

You can change a recipient address as long as the order hasn't entered production.

1. Open the order: Click the order in the Orders table.
2. Edit the recipient: Update the address fields and re-validate the country.
3. Save: If the new destination changes shipping options or cost, you'll be asked to confirm.

Act quickly: Address changes aren't possible once an order is In production. Hold the order first if you need time.
