Fulfill a CSV through email

If you can't access the dashboard, you can still submit bulk orders by emailing a CSV to our fulfillment team.
- Use the standard template: The same CSV template as in-app import is required — non-standard files are rejected.
- Email it to fulfillment: Send to the fulfillment address shown in Settings, from your account email.
- Wait for confirmation: We validate and reply with a summary; flagged rows must be corrected and resent.
Slower than the app: Email fulfillment is a fallback. In-app import validates instantly and is always faster.
