Import orders by CSV

CSV import is the fastest way to push many orders at once. Download our template, fill one row per order line, and upload.

Prepare the file

1. Download the template: Go to Orders → Import → Download template. It contains every required column with example rows.
2. Fill one row per item: Each line item is its own row. Orders with multiple items share the same External Order ID so we group them into one parcel.
3. Add artwork links: Paste a public URL to each print file in the design columns. Make sure links are accessible (not behind a login).
4. Map shipping: Enter the destination country and your chosen shipping method code exactly as listed in the template notes.

Upload & validate

Drag the completed CSV into Orders → Import. We validate every row and flag problems before anything is created — fix flagged rows and re-upload only those.

Common errors: Mismatched variant codes and inaccessible artwork URLs are the two most frequent import failures. Both are shown row-by-row in the validation step.
